You will initially be given a quotation for the fees that I will discuss below. Obviously, the real tariff will vary depending on how well you negotiate. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • All rates are subject to change without notice.
  • Rooms are booked subject to final confirmation.
  • 50% of the total bill will be in advance and balance has to be settled by or before the time of check-out of the guest.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Before 01 month of the arrival dates, 01 full day charges.
  • Before 15 days of the arrival dates, 50% of the total billing.
  • Before 07 days of the arrival dates, 100% of the total cost.
  • Any amendments or cancellation should be informed in advance.
  • No refund for unexpected departures.
